As the title says, what are your hopes for the game when it comes to the west? Personally, I really hope that there will be some pretty notable changes other than a translation. Maybe exclusive English content? Anything will do really. I also hope that there will be an option to change the romaji lyrics to the original Japanese text. Romaji under a PV seems a little... off to me. And, as a cliche, I hope that PDFw will bring a few new people into our lovely fandom!
I'm not sure how the game will be received here, but I just hope it sells well enough for them to consider releasing the 3DS games...
I want to see the Family Mart module included or as possible DLC. Don't think its going to happen though considering the circumstances.
My hopes are pretty tame, actually. I've already sunk more than $300 into the series, so I actually decided to just continue to importing the series as opposed to purchasing the localization(s). It would take some pretty amazing exclusive content to change my mind.
Ya know, I'd be kinda funny if we were to get some localized shop outfits that you can only get at certain stores. Like I can imagine a Gamestop Miku, Walmart Miku, and a Target Miku. It's far off of an idea but I'd take an interest of buying it!
Probably quite doable if Miku's status in the west ever reaches what it is in Japan. As you implied, though, unlikely.
I just hope nothing gets cut or changed, not that I can imagine anything actually having that problem. Beyond that, I hope that it does well enough to warrant other games (Project Mirai, stupid Nintendo region locks) coming over. And if we get any new content, it probably wouldn't be a horrible idea if the devs in Japan could throw together an English Miku module for us. IIRC, it's already been in the arcade game. An F version would be pretty nice.
Ahhh~ That would be a great change I would love to see in the game! Rock, Paper, Scizzors! Which way shall I look~ (to the beat of the looking chant)
