Shiny title plates

    Does anyone know how you get the shiny/sparkle on your title plate area?

    It doesn't seem to be tied to the actual title plate, titles, prefix, or suffix, since the ones I've seen are all different with no similarities.
    I think the lowest level person with one I've seen is about level 124 in the 3rd link, but he seems to be swimming in VP, so definitely a lot of plays.

    It also seems to have degrees of how shiny it can be, as EZ2ON's shine in the 1st link is obviously much brighter. I also see the lv 200 something person not nearly as bright and seems to be the same brightness as the lv 120 person.
    I'm lv 104 myself, so it doesn't seem to be level related.

    I don't have a ton of modules, so I can guess either it's module related, or song clear related. I'm just hoping it's not RECORD(achievement) or Noblesse Oblige related...

    I've cleared every single song on HARD, with a big chunk having cleared it on GREAT TRIAL.
    I've only gotten PERFECT on 22 songs, and TRIAL cleared on 17 songs.

    Here are my song clear stats if that might have anything to do with it:

    I guess there won't be much people here who could answer this.. just a few ones were able to play Project DIVA Arcade..

    Unfortunately it seems like you would have to place top 3 in hard or extreme standings as the diva help page talks about title effects.(I assume hard or extreme cuz they only show those 2 on diva net)

    ※楽曲の公開状況によって、上位3つの称号は変動します。新楽曲公開前にゲーム筺体でエフェクトが表示されていても、公開後に表示されなくなる場合があります。
    称号エフェクトは、ON/OFFを切り替えられます。
    ※使用条件を満たしていなくても、称号設定メニューに常に表示されます。
