Spoiler I really don't know where to post this so I'm leaving this here for now... I was going to make another EDIT PV picture like I normally do, and I chose the meltdown stage and I never noticed all the cyber symbols behind the waterfalls and on the walls before but I decide to get a closeup cause one looked like a sentence. "Creation is always adventure oops!! revised this map 0227 Lhe agradeça en divas Enjoy Project DIVA Godi Miku Schemelzen [?] Fundición" Some parts make sense like Enjoy PD, Creation is adventure but then you get things like oops!! and Fundición and another weird sentence. Google Translate doesn't really help as it can't detect the language right for me entirely, but I keep getting things like "Thank you divas" and "foundry," etc, etc. I think this is a neat find so can anyone tell me what language this is? Even better as to know the translation? Why do you think they put some of these sentences there (besides to add effect to the PV). tbh, their probably just random phrases that the developers put there but it's still makes my head tilt xD And also: F = the title of the game most likely but what about the 02 (or 0Z depending on how you read it)?
Haha, the word "Schmelzen" is german and means "to melt smthing". But actually it's a verb, so i dunno why they wrote first character big :o Nice find~
Yes, "Schmelzen" = "Melt". I can confirm. The "F" you mentioned is more like a note with two strings attached to it. That's a 1/8 note. The 02 must be the CV number of Rin. The "Oops!! revised....." Is more like "oops! I revised the map 0227".
Now it's starting to make sense (some of these things are common sense, why did I miss them xD) but there's really one question that remains, why in German? Out of all the languages, why didn't they just stick to the common English like they always do? Spoiler Thank GOD we have German speakers here to reply xD If only I learned the language when I had the chance OTL
Ahhhhh, I wouldn't know that OTL (I should really learn another language to keep up a little on this stuff) So besides English and German, what other languages are in here?
I believe that's actually a cross. God† Miku Hard to tell, though. It looks kinda like the i in Miku, but not quite.
Seems like SEGA decided to directly rip the Meltdown stage from the PSP versions of the previous games, especially with that low quality text. Can anyone rip it from both the previous games and F to see if that's true? (EDIT: Or at least snoop around the texture files) Though, some of the stages from previous games were improved when they were imported to F. An example is the stage with the pink bridge and crystals (?). I'm guessing that SEGA only gave a few tweaks to some of the imported stages, they probably just added more polygons to the Meltdown stage. Also, is it just me or is that Super Mario RPG font?
The models/textures files are totally encrypted (unrippable up to date). "Seems like SEGA decided to directly rip the Meltdown stage from the PSP versions of the previous games" A lot of F PVs stages (incluiding the pre-rendered ones) have A LOT of low quality blurry textures. Fundición (Spanish) = meltdown
It's the Project DIVA Menu & Lyrics Romaji Font from the PSP Project DIVA games. (2nd/extend) Mario RPG uses a more scibble-like font:
Oops, I'm wasn't being specific about which font. I was talking about the font used in the inventory menu:
In light of recent news, maybe Dyspnia was right all along, lol. The writing, in this case, was literally on the wall for F 2nd. Maybe. Or maybe it really was just a note and Rin. Who knows anymore?
Oh god... the coincidence is too amazing, but since it's a note and Rin's number, it's a bit disappointing (It's like our version of half life 3 confirmed except... this one's actually almost confirmed) I CALLED IT CALLED IT ITS MINE MINE MY DISCOVERY In all seriousness though, thank you guys for the translation help ^^ (and all the unneeded font facts xD)
The F has an unneeded circle to make it look like a note You could describe this circle as an "extension" of the letter F Project DIVA F extend confirmed
