    Thank YouTube Red for that. A lot of Japanese and Korean music content is currently being blocked in the US. YouTube failed to have contracts with the owners of that content in place for their new ad-free premium system YouTube Red, so they can't currently make that content available in the US.
    Classic YouTube, if they don't agree with your way of distributing money, block them.

    i hope that this isn't a message from sega telling NA that they aren't going to release the game here
    they didn't bother clearing up the licensing issues for youtube

    Sega has pretty much nothing to do with this. They don't own the copyright on the music, they just license it for their games.
