hmm sounds great! also do you know what the best way to reduce button wobble is? (I really need to buy springs for my buttons lmao)
I never actually tried to reduce the wobble for regular chinese buttons as I don't find them disruptive, but maybe add some duct tape between the gaps?
good idea I should try that and final question lmao, whats the bet way to get the proper springs whether it be buying official ones buying springs that match or making them im open to all ideas
It's difficult to find springs that aren't super hard from my experience. So I would suggest buying them from Sanwa's Rakuten shop. Although Rakuten closed the English version of ichiba, apparently Sanwa still does international shipping so that's not a big deal. BTW to my surprise the springs that comes with my chinese buttons are only 300g. That's still almost 2x compare to OBSA-SP-200G though.
so this is probably the easiest way for me to get springs can I buy 100g springs and just put two in each button? https://www.gamo2.com/en/index.php?dispatch=products.view&product_id=298
idk. It's roughly the same price as genuine sanwa springs and it's not even genuine. Doesn't sound like a good deal to me.
Better buy here, it's official Sanwa store. I bought here 200g springs year ago. https://item.rakuten.co.jp/sanwaden...ecommend&rtg=8b0023db64e5587ccb8f51c465d4f5a7
Oh no, please don't do that. Get sanwa 200g springs that steelpuxnastik linked. I don't recommend stacking two springs in one pushbutton
Why your GAMO2 controller video looks like it's copy-pasted from tokaku (not hate, just wondering since they are a bit too similar to me)
Nah, none taken offense. I did only comparisons of all main PJD titles and consoles (I own PS3, PS4, Switch, and PC, I have more consoles and handhelds) and was my first review so I only did things based on my analyzes so didn't have any look up time, other than name of parts and all used in DIVALLER (Lol some awkward camera angles because my big bro had to hold my phone on my camera stick). But, I only did review based on DM questions I got and address, besides differences of parts, the different feel of HORI as well. Yeah, someone did DM me on twitter, "Did I steal from tokaku?" but nah, just some similar parts now that I look at them. It's only my first review so tried to make authentic. Appreciate the input (no need to say the "No hate" part, I do wanna better my quality and everything in near future of any other review
I was actually thinking about a possibility that sounds more serious: GAMO2 paid a bunch of youtubers to read their script and explicitly told them to lie abut the sponsorship/paid promo part in full R**D: S***** L***** style. That could also explain why they look similar. Thanks for the clarification.
Oh ok, nah, I paid for it with my own money, especially since Im a Vocaloid lover LOL. That's why in my disclaimer, I did stated "Iam not in anyway shape or form sponsored or endorsed by GAMO2." No problem, glad to provide the clarification. ^_^
All the screw holes for supports are updated. Should be ready to go anytime now (of course after I relocate the front control stuff and add cable passthrough holes).
So forgive me if this was mentioned in this freakin 18 page thread, but are there any kits for custom Diva controllers out there for purchase? I wouldn't mind building my own but doing all the soldering myself would be disastrous. lol
Well, no kit but in general people make the box and use PS4 pcb pad or Fighting board (with no solder). But you can buy a controller from hori or gamo2.
So, springs come in a 10 pack right? getting them from Rakuten to here in Canada is proving to be very annoying does anyone have some extra springs that I could buy from them lol
Soldering is like the last thing you need to worry about after you actually started building your own controller. (From personal experience) Oh nice. It would be great if you can sell kits for Alpaca too :D. I can provide helps for potential technical issues. Really? I heard something different though.
