    Importing in a hearbeat. If the PS3/Vita versions differences are like F/f, I'm getting just the Vita version.

    I'll be waiting this time. I narrowly avoided getting burned by English F. I got impatient and imported the Vita version before all of the new content was announced, so at least I'm getting something new with the English version. I can't risk that again with this one.

    I imagine they'll see how F sells in the west first and decide.

    I'll import the Vita version, but I'll wait for the PS3 one. I don't want to end up with 2 copies of the same game again.

    Famitsu has released screenshots. And by that I mean one single screenshot, apparantly from Akatsuki Arrival, which doesn't show much, really - but the article promises more news about the songs tomorrow, and even more information on July 25.

    Anyways, I'm disappointed they're keeping the PVs the same. Romeo and Cinderella has a horribly boring PV and I was hoping F would do it some justice, but I guess not. I hope they bring some of the more exciting PVs.

    9 months to wait, SEGA has the time to upgrade PVs, voices, modules and in the end to add some new awesome musics that will make us say : I WANT THIS GAME NOW !!

    I thought they did that as they were going to release the winner as DLC for PDF. Which we still haven't seen...

    Opinions will be opinions but I personally loved Romeo and Cinderella's song and PD PV (especially when she falls on her knees and speaks her mind). I'm gald to see it make a comeback in f 2nd. It's not really surprising that the PVs will most likely be kept the same (just with updated grapchics), it really doesn't hurt the franchise and it makes you remember the original PSP days. There most likely won't be toooo many returning PVs, maybe about the same as Extend did with 2nd. It'll be a good mix with whatever the new songs are, and being one of them is Akatsuki Arrival, expect some pretty badass PVs.

    And as a small subtle note thingy:
    Speaking of changes in old PVs, it's small but I noticed that it seems like in the picture, Miku and Rin are actually touching hands (something that couldn't physically happen in the PSP games due to limitations). This might come in handy if there are any more old duet PVs. Small but neat change.

    Well this is very good news. Seeing that it "may have" won the popular choice survey, I'm glad ロミオとシンデレラ made it to F's sequel, I love playing that song on Extreme. Hopefully in this installment it comes with a PV change at the end of chance time. Now all we need to see that makes another comeback are 裏表ラバーズ and ローリンガール... And perhaps "Dear," that was a lovely song.

    Well, this gives some of us some crunch time before it gets released!

    Judging from this screenshot:
    New UI
    The life bar gives a new "icy-shiny"/"galactic-y"/"space-y" look.
    The difficulty labels on the upper top of the UI have something that looks like the signal bars from cellphones at the sides of the labels.

    EDIT: Also, can we get a new section for Project DIVA F 2nd on the forums and the wiki already?

    Besides that uhm... thing that will definitely be fixed before the game's release, I'm really hoping they get rid of that awful anti-aliasing filter for the Vita ver. in 2nd. When I got the original f game I was EXTREMELY disappointed that the game wasn't that crisp and clean looking with that on...

    The filter was necessary. The game was running at sub-native resolution. It would have looked blown up and super pixelated without any filter at all. The filter at least sort of helped. It needed more AA, though. There wasn't enough to smooth it out completely.

    Maybe they can optimize the engine to run at native res this time around, though.

    This game has fantastic potential for songs they missed out on in f, as well as some more returning ones with updated PVs + Chance Time endings.

    f was the best of the series in songs selection for me but still lacked a bit content which they made DLC after,
    wonder why some companies just dont folow Nihon Falcom example and take as much time possible before releasing a game...
    (Project Diva f to me felt a bit rushed but thats just me, wont complain my purchase of this import but could have been better)
