Project Diva Dreamy Theater 2nd Save Transfer Issue, Help Needed!

    So I just bought Project Diva Dreamy Theater 2nd. I have a physical UMD of Project Diva Second. I installed the Save File Transfer software from Project Diva Dreamy Theater 2nd onto my psp from my PS3. My save data works perfectly fine normally in Project Diva 2nd so I know it's not corrupted. I have my USB cable plugged into my PS3. when I start the software on my PSP it gives me a static screen with this message.







    I can't read Japanese so I don't understand what this says, I've tried looking up troubleshooting for this and came up dry. Is anyone able to help me with this? I would greatly appropriate it. Thank you.
