^This. Hold Note in Chance Time still disturbs me. Since PD2nd it stays always like this: COOL on Hold note = +1000 (and starting with +1000 on Hold bonus), Bonus till +1060, finish Hold with Cool +1000 (put another +1000 on Hold Bonus) = +2060 Hold Bonus Means: 2x Cool (1000) = 2000 + Hold Bonus = 2060 = total of a Hold Score +4060. PDF2nd is like this: COOL on Hold Note = +1000 (starting with NO POINT on Hold Bonus), Bonus till +60, finish Hold with Cool +1000 (put another on Hold Bonus) = +1060 Hold Bonus Means: 2x Cool (1000) = 2000 + Hold Bonus = 1060 = total of a Hold Score +3060. Result = Nerf of 1000 Points on Hold notes? Unless someone can prove me that nothing has changed in PDF2nd Chance Time with Hold Notes, I won't accept it D: The month March has started ... I wish the game won't have delayed, so I could have enjoyed the game more ;w; Final Exams is killing my play time ...
You're missing a point. It's like this: the start of a Hold Note adds 1,000 points like it's a normal note, then the hold bonus interval will start at zero and raise till the tail of a Hold Note is hit which is where the another 1,000 + hold bonus gets added to the score. So, no change to the Hold Note. As for the arrow notes, guess it was SEGA's playbot all along! @Dyspnia That demo released last October, when the first 3 songs were first announced.
Yeah, I think so too, maybe SEGA doesn't want to reveal the final score system first. For the hold notes, I think the Chance Time will stat with +1000 and then the finishes with +2000 or more since the first F was like that too in the trailer score system where the hold notes are too +10 from the start in Chance Time but the final score system are starting with are +1000. =) Actually, the hold notes bonus in 2nd is like: COOL +1000 (+1000 is itself score since it has been upgraded from +500) and the Bonus till +60 and then COOL again +1000 = +2060 And the hold notes you see in F 2nd in the trailer is probably just a BETA mode since SEGA loves to trick us before we get the game, just see at F trailer, Melancholic uses +60 of bonus on normal notes and +100 on hold notes in chance time in the trailer but what did it get in the final game release? Normal notes +1000 while hold notes +1000 and until it's end +1000 + bonus = +2000 + bonus. So, the system in F 2nd doesn't change but the final score system is not yet been modified by SEGA. Anyway, just look at the arrow notes where the trailer doesn't show +200 on it's extra score but on the DEMO + The live, the extra score is there. =)
pre-ordered mine since Jan. 24 days left until f/F 2nd is released, right? if they hadn't delayed it it'd be released right when my school starts :\ too bad now its when I'm halfway till my final exam...
Project Diva F 2nd OP: I can't comment since I don't want to see the whole thing until I can play the game.
Spoiler There are certainly a lot of parallels between the OP and the in game PV, which I'm kind of indifferent about. However, I feel that the opening lacks some of the story the previous openings had. I feel that the opening is, like I said, lacking. They set the bar pretty high with openings in f, and I don't think they reached the bar they set. I still like the opening a lot, but I think I'll skip out on watching it more than once when I launch the game.
Spoiler ERMERGERD KAITO WID DAT HAT AJAJAJDFGDGFDSGFAJKGJKDHH:LHKGFYTYDCTDRE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i dont now why but he just looked so cute with it on :3 i love how rin pokes the star lol xD
who could be the last classic song? start giving your ideas cause the moment is more near than ever lolz
I VOTE FOR LAST NIGHT GOOD NIGHT!!!! or to complete the top 10 ROLLING GIRL!! The module for Gekishou could always be with those magnet modules who didn't have their songs on F 2nd. =3 Btw, SEGA has uploaded another promotional trailer for F 2nd. Seems like they used a lot of DECORATOR music in the trailer though. XD
Is it me or are they using a new version of Two-Faced Lovers? Miku sounds a lot more nasal and the instrumental has lost almost all of its bass when compared to the Unhappy Refrain album version they used in Extend... Did wowaka just randomly crawl out of vocaloretirement to ruin one of his songs?
I think sega might throw in a curveball for this last one... Spoiler Gemini would be pretty cool with all the new star mechanics, but the chance of that one appearing is practically nil and we have meteor to show off the stars i guess ;_;
I'm hoping it's either Lover's Suicide in Oblivian, Magnet, or Updating Your Love List. SEGA just loves keeping us on the edge of our seats. Whatever song they pick will determine a lot of things: if they decided to throw a "curve ball," if they stuck to the original list, how well they treat MEIKO as well as the other Vocaloids, which fans will be happy or disappointed with the songs, etc. Ya know, maybe they'll so something REALLY special with the last song, like maybe turn one into a trio somehow. OO! OO! Maybe they'll include all the Vocaloids into an ending song, I can imagine all of them in Sekiranun Graffiti as a finale.
