Im so glad they upload a new trailer because its gonna be a long month waiting. I LOVE the new module for blackjack! SO SEXY (luka looks awsome) and about sakura no ame... If you understand japanese and the lyrics... well played SEGA because it is truly touching that ending. I wasnt that sad that the song was removed and that it didnt featured in any following game, but they might have done a great job with this ver. Now Im looking forward to it. By the way, yubi kiri looks awsome! Just a quick question... if the game is gonna be vita tv compatible... why the ps3 ver.? I mean, if you have a vita and and a vita tv like me... Why I should care about the ps3 ver.? Am i missing something about the ps3 ver.?
Maybe someone doesn't want to pay 200 dollars instead of 60 if they want the PS3 ver. After seeing all these new chance time ends, I'm getting more and more excited for this game!!! Well that and with the new trailer, one can just tell that the rating for this game is gonna be C/T.
Well... I mean a lot of fans would buy vita to play outside and ps3 to play on tv (i did with F and i hope im not the only one...) My point is... ps3 ver is 7000 yen (recomended retail price) or 6000 yen in amazon right now. vita tv (the system) is 9500 yen... (even though you can buy it so much cheaper in lot of places in japan). For 25$ more you can get the system that can do ps4 streaming and play any ps1 and psp and some ps3 titles... just for 25$ more... thats why I think if ps3 ver. is so close to vita ver. what is happening here? Its a truly open question. I just dont get it. I though about get both ver. as i did vith F but now i dont see the point
Well I agree that F was kinda pointless, as in the hype for it was way too high it's the exact same thing, just released later. But for this game, F2, since they're being released at the same time, it's more of just a preferance thing like most cross platform games. Personally, I'll get the Vita ver. because it's portable and won't buy the Vita TV, just way to expensive to play in HD for my taste. If I wanted that, I'll buy the PS3 ver as I really don't have much more purpose for the VitaTV.
Man, even when I say I'm disappointed that this and that song made it, when I watch them in the trailer, I still get hyped up for them. I didn't really notice any Chance Times though, but I wanna see them for myself when I play anyway. I now approve of Sakura no Ame, too.
I'll accept Blackjack based solely on its amazing module, but I think that Sakura no Ame is heinously boring and that it should have stayed out of the series. F2nd's tracklist is, to put it mildly, severely disappointing. It's kinda like 2nd, in that there's several great songs, but lots and lots and lots of filler.
I disagree, I like it. They chose the songs carefully, and as we can see, most of the returns are high on the list the fans voted for. They didn't just fill in a bunch of songs, they chose based on what's already in F2 and what we wanted.
I'm really liking what they've done with some of the note charts to spice them up, like the curved notes, but i'm a little sad that there's been no "new" rin solo songs announced at all yet. Mind you there is still three new songs left to be announced...
Where's the trio song? ;_; Just imagine playing with the shy notes challenge with those curved notes. Ahh the thought fills me with fear
Curved notes? How do they look like? It makes me curious. I wonder if there's new pattern in f 2nd... Mix Cool Master with Survivor S and it'll be the craziest challenge ever. ;-; just thinking it creeps me out.
They certainly seem to be really stepping up the creativity of the note positioning this game in general. You can see the best example of how they make the notes move around in a generous curve before reaching their target at 2:51 in the new trailer (it is most obvious during hold notes). Thankfully it seems to be only for that song from what I can see so far...
And in Unhappy Refrain and Senbonzakura. I always end up tricked in Unhappy Refrain. As for Senbonzakura they look like they're trying to mimic raining cherry blossoms.
Nah, by curved notes it's not like those notes in gekishou/senbonzakura/unhappy refrain... By curve, I mean like the notes have a ridiculous trajectory, like... Spoiler SUPER CURVE.
That's not a curved notes, that's a note movement which is only can be done by SEGA but not us.. Which is rather annoying for me cause the edit mode have limited option. -,-" Btw, I can sense that halyosy is using Miku V3 Vivid in Sakura No Ame this time since the voice of Vivid V3 is less cuter than Light V3. =) EDIT: The song and module section on Project Diva WIKI have been edited by me, it should've been finished right now except for the demo song because I forgot the star ratings are, if someone know it please update it please. =)
I had the demo difficulties up before, but I took them down along with the other song difficulties when I removed Blackjack and Knife before they were confirmed. I re-added them.
If Sega really added support for Vita TV i believe you dont need option to have touch screen features on Vita analog cause Nihon Falcom once released a patch for Ys Celceta that made the Vita work both ways (either touch screen or analog)
Um, guys, there's something that has disturb my mind. Like OveReAction said, the extra scores on the double notes (Not the scratch one) has been removed to balance the final score but why when I watch the live, the extra score is there? (Hint: You can clearly see it when they've played Melt) Then my conclusion is, the extra score is not removed to higher the score because the link scratch is probably the least one to pop up. (See the Extreme Note Chart on TITHAPOMC) (The Meteor song is an exception since it is a song with so many stars related? I think?) If you still did not believe me, watch the Melt video that is from the live on the first post of this topic since I have put the video on the first topic. =) EDIT: Nvm, just found out that Meteor is about an earthquake disaster 3.11 in Japan. =)
The extra points are even in the demo as well. On another note, will DLC we download for F be available in F2? They did this with 2nd/Ext due to them virtually being the same game. I'm hoping so, it would be nice to play some of the new modules in Tokyo Teddy Bear and Tell Your World. And same goes for the modules, if we downloaded, for example, the Family Mart outfit, Haku, Neru, and Teto, will we be able to use them in F2nd? Does anyone have any info about this?
