Re: PjDF2nd New video + Info [UPDATE 13 Feb.] Agreed, thank you for getting things back on track. Though as a mod I should have diffused the fire instead of stoking the flames :P Eh, you live and learn right? That's wonderful news to hear that people will have another way to play the game ^^
Re: PjDF2nd New video + Info [UPDATE 13 Feb.] Heey, welcome back into the topic! (I should've said earlier) I can't disagree with you here, Hana Kotoba would be Flower Words, or Language, whichever sounds best (the same way Ai Kotoba is Love Words). Kasha was harder, I'd say it's a flower carriage? This gave me seriously big queston I need an answer to - What is the difference between 花 and 華?! They both mean flower and are pronounced the same in kun-yomi, and only slightly different on-yomi (Ka and Ke), but they look totally different. I couldn't find an answer >.< Perhaps the first one is a bit more abstract, say in metaphors and such, while the other one is literally a flower? And/or that the first one has Japanese origin while the other one has Chinese origin? I think the latter is true but still not sure about their different meanings. Uh, a bit off-topic, right... PSVita TV, huh? Maybe this will make people buy it more, I considered one of those thingys before but it was too expensive and most games are available on PS3 as well. I still won't buy it but it's good that the option exists! Also, this was posted on the Wiki's Facebook page, but since no one has posted it here: http://www.4gamer.net/games/225/G022515/20140210041/ (It's the screenshots of the other latest songs like Metor and Hello, Worker) I'm getting really excited for Meteor, I wanted to avoid hearing the new songs but the teaser trailer of all songs made me interested in this one and have listened to it a couple of times. It's got such a special mood to it that I like, and the PV will be really interesting to see, it seems to match the uniqueness of the song really well. And... so many stars o.o I like stars (unpopular opinion xD)
Re: PjDF2nd New video + Info [UPDATE 13 Feb.] Oh, I think I've got it! If you say that the first one is like metaphors, maybe that could be that it is the one who talks about the second one, carriage flower. Carriage also means bring things, right? So maybe I'll go with Flower Talk and Carriage Flower. =) Yeah, maybe they do it like that to make people buy it more. Oh, I too couldn't resist to hear the new songs! I just keep hearing it a lot of time. Lucky me my resistance on looking the image is higher than hearing the music. XD
Re: PjDF2nd New video + Info [UPDATE 13 Feb.] I've never heard of PS VIta TV until now, it looks pretty interesting! I have no idea how it works but does this mean we can get HD out of a vita diva game? Off Topic once more: I feel like maybe we could use a debate section in the forums to promote disagreements (not arguments of course) but add more evidence to our texts and to clear up confusions in the normal parts of the forums. We can't all agree all the time so maybe this idea could help.
Re: PjDF2nd New video + Info [UPDATE 13 Feb.] Thanks, it's good to be back. I didn't have much to contribute to the topic before because I haven't been paying attention to F2nd news all that much but it's good to be part of the loop again. Just got an e-mail from Play-Asia that the date has been changed to March 27th, don't know if that is helpful at all or not but I felt like sharing it. It's stated that it upscales games up to 1080i so I would assume it could. I thought about getting it seeing as I don't have the Vita but most of the games compatible have PS3 versions like Almeria mentioned, so I didn't see much point. Plus I'm not home enough to get use out of something like that. Still, it's nice to see the game playable on another medium. A debate section might be a good idea but I have a feeling it would lead to arguments if not properly monitored.
Re: PjDF2nd New video + Info [UPDATE 13 Feb.] Well it would a good money saver instead of buying both games for each game that does this(depending how much it would cost to get that Vita TV thing)
Re: PjDF2nd New video + Info [UPDATE 13 Feb.] Well, like I said I can't be sure but if you think it fits with the song then I guess :) I might be able to ask my professor about it. I'm sorry to say that's pretty old news x) Play-Asia were a bit slow with this change. There's more info on SEGA's site now, the HORI controller will cost 9,334 yen and released on March 27th (of course). They're also planning a program called Hatsune Miku no Jikan (Hatsune Miku-Time) that will air on February 21th at 19.00 (in Japan) and will among other things include new information about Project Diva F 2nd. It sounds really interesting! Apparently it'll be 5 hours long(?) and can be viewed live here (if you've got premium membership on Nico Nico that is): http://live.nicovideo.jp/watch/lv169184626
Re: PjDF2nd New video + Info [UPDATE 13 Feb.] Nah, that's fine. Figured that the date has already been announced by now. E-mail just seems to be getting slower recently despite being "instant" :P I've been trying to keep myself in the dark when it comes to the songs and such. I've heard them a bit from the trailers and reading here but in general I know little to nothing about them because I'm hoping that will be a pleasant surprise once I get the game.
Re: PjDF2nd New video + Info [UPDATE 13 Feb.] If they can release this for Vita TV then they better give option to have same controls as a Vita TV on PS Vita cause those Hold and W notes are annoying, abusing the touch screen is the worst idea Sega have gotten into.
Re: PjDF2nd New video + Info [UPDATE 13 Feb.] lol what??? can not understand what you mean at all xDxD
Re: PjDF2nd New video + Info [UPDATE 13 Feb.] PS Vita TV uses Dualshock 3 controller which means the star scratch, double and link scratch will use analog sticks. =)
Re: PjDF2nd New video + Info [UPDATE 13 Feb.] Or if you prefer, you can use the new Dual Shock 4 because of a new patch to the VitaTV.
Re: PjDF2nd New video + Info [UPDATE 13 Feb.] Ugh, the Vita TV is very pricey... I would like to record my gameplay without a camera but I've already spent a lot of things since last year and F, I'm kind of in a pinch with money. I mean, I would like to animate with all its glory, but PS3 F costed me a scar by not playing on it... TL;DR To buy Vita TV or not...?
Re: PjDF2nd New video + Info [UPDATE 13 Feb.] Well, PSViita TV is, for the first time since PS2, region-locked, and not all games work on it, so......
Re: PjDF2nd New video + Info [UPDATE 13 Feb.] PS Vita TV is the first platform by Sony to have a region locked area. All games are not from Japan cannot be played on PS Vita TV though, since it is from Japan and not been released by other region.. -,-"
Re: PjDF2nd New video + Info [UPDATE 13 Feb.] Well i use analog most of the time, i feel confortable with it so would be perfect if they had an option to use all scratch notes on analog xD if that ever get's confirmed i will consider buying project divaf 2nd, gameplay is very important to me and those Hold/ W scratch notes didn't help so yeah.
Re: PjDF2nd New video + Info [UPDATE 13 Feb.] It kind of depends on what you want from it really. Would it be easier for you to work with Kaon?
Re: PjDF2nd New video + Info [UPDATE 13 Feb.] It might be easier than the other methods used to video capture the Vita, but I kind of suck with the PS3 controller compared to playing on the Vita. I just need to hook up the HDMI with the video converter. But the problem is that I just have money issues. *laughs* Ah well. I might as well get it once my next paycheck will do me justice. Sorry for the trouble. I'm really anticipating to play some of the previous songs I enjoyed.
Re: PjDF2nd New video + Info [UPDATE 13 Feb.] Even if you get the VitaTV, you'll still be stuck with using either the PS3 or PS4 controller. So, the only other options you have are to either get yourself the HORI large controller with built in touch panel or a modded Vita with video-out to use on your computer if you don't want to use the analog sticks but those are rather expensive alternatives. On the plus side you can use an HDMI cable with the PS3, so if you decided to play it on that, it should help a bit.
