[PD 2nd/Ex] How to disable the stamp and subs

These patches are made by LunaMoo from PPSSPP forum.
You have to apply them directly to Diva2Data.cpk or DivaExData.cpk using UMDGen and save the iso.

Note: If you have the well known pre-english patched copy of 2nd the stamp remover will not work. Tested my me. PPSSPP is crashing when you try to load a song on the rhythm game or go to the Diva Room. It works fine with the untouched Japanese ISO tho.
