    It's not April 12 yet, but Famitsu got an early look, and here it is: Next Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA!

    Apparantly this will be the name of the next game by the DIVA, mirai and Arcade Teams, coming to PS Vita this summer, and a PS3 version in 2013 (it is unknown whether it is a Dreamy Theater-like expansion or a standalone version). There will be a new modeling system, including more realistic hair flow and real-time lightning computations.
    Also, apart from Cat Food, there is another song coming: wowaka's World's End Dancehall will be playable in PN! Also, Rin, Len, Luka, Kaito and Meiko will appear - it is unknown yet whether the fan creations Neru, Haku and Sakine will appear, or even whether Gumi will have another appearance after her debut in Project mirai. Three modules are shown, simply described as Pieretta (Miku, Cat Food), Emerald (Miku, World's End Dancehall) and Ruby (Luka, World's End Dancehall).
    There will also be a few changes in the gameplay - the touchscreen will be used in parts called "scratches" to get bonus points. These events will also support the rear touchpad so you don't have to take your fingers off the buttons. Also, a "Technical Zone" was added. Remember the Chance Time system in Project DIVA 1 where, you got massive points for combos so a full combo was pretty much essential to get a "GREAT" rank? This might be the same thing, as the Technical Zone will give you bonus points for getting a combo in this part.

    Both Edit Mode and DIVA Room will return, and the difficulty system will also be kept. According to Famitsu, the game is 39% finished. There will be a playable demo at the Nico Nico Chokaigi event at Makuhari on April 28th/29th.

    Looks interesting. I'm assuming the bar under the lyrics is the song duration like in Project Diva Arcade?

    I read Worlds End Dancehall will be included and this: <3 also the movement for characters is said to be improved with now having Rin's bow and Miku's hair to move and flow more smoothly? Wonder if Luka will get an improvement

    Does anyone here know who has made the music on the official website ? I sound a bit like a KZ one but i can't find more informations.

    Huuummm, well i'm waiting from Hori to make a new arcade stick to match the release on the PS3.

    It was sold-out, so maybe... a new one, please Hori.

    Star notes look interesting. They're probably the touch screen notes.
    I hope there is an option to turn the touch screen notes off though as I hear the back of the vita is very sensitive. I'd prefer to play it the classic way.

    I think the star notes would also be a bit difficult (imagine extreme). I hope over the next few days more songs are revealed. Is it still not confirmed if Neru , Haku and Sakine Meiko are in the game?

    Ohhh to get my dirty mitts on the new editor! Ugh I'm so spoiled with having English translations. Until the hackers can make some CFW for the Vita and then someone graciously creates an English patch, I'm going to have to muddle through the Japanese menus....damn I knew I should have started learning Japanese at the age of 4...

    Argh! what's with those damn scary clowns they keep including! XD
