    I don't see the dlc in the store (vita) for april 28th
    is it just me or everyone having this same issue?

    Same here, the DLC for April 28th is not in the store yet for the vita.
    Not that this is new, since it showing up being a day or so later than the given date and the live screen update has happened several times before.
    It should show up soon enough (hopefully)

    I'm also having the same issue here as well. Could be a possibe delay so I'm going to just wait this out.

    It appears that it has been confirmed to be delayed to 5/5 from 4/28 in the US, confirmed by SEGA Community Manager, Julian, in the sega forums.

    I guess we have to wait a bit longer for the swimsuits-
