    Does Miku V3 drop from "Ai No Uta" or the Neutral element quest? The wiki says Miku V3 drops from the Nuetral Element Quest just trying to see if I'm wrong or not.

    Neutral Element quest. It unlocks after you get the 7th gem in the Neutral Area. Hope this answers your question! :)
