Question Is there a way to grind for certain items?

    I'm trying to go for the Event Collector trophy on my never-ending quest to Platinum every Miku game I can, and this is proving especially difficult.
    Specifically, I'm looking for:

    • Decorative Plant
    • Fortune Box
    • Cookies
    • Sunflowers
    • Calligraphy Paper
    • Sheet Music
    • Sketchbook
    • Silk Hat
    • Hot Plate
    • Clay Cooking Pot (?)
    • Wanko Soba
    • and Quiz Set

    Is there a way to influence getting a certain item? Like a different area's songs drops whatever, or maybe a module?

    I'm grasping at straws here because it's already gonna be a grind doing everyone's friendship meter.

    I had the same problem, and finally decided to go away from this game for a while. I hope the PS4 version will be improved concerning clothes, items.

    Yes, some items are far more likely to drop on certain songs than others. There has yet to be a comprehensive table created yet in English, but the japanese wiki has a fairly good one here:

    Note that it isn't 100% accurate and most likely does not yet include all songs specific items are likely to drop in, but it can be immensely helpful.

    There has also been a theory that playing using the module of a vocaloid that dislikes being gifted the item you are going for raises its chances of dropping, but that has not been confirmed. Worth trying out though :)

    Thanks. I'll use this. I took a break from grinding becuase I played (literally, I keep a tally counter) 50 songs and didn't get a single item I needed.
    I ordered the PS4 version regardless so when it releases hopefully the eyecandy brings me back and let's me finally plat this one.

    Even F2nd wasn't as aggrivating as this one.
