How to set offset in 2nd?

    I have a Japanese ISO of the game for a PSP emulator and managed to get a few edits, but the video and the beats start to become off sync to the point where there's about 30-40 seconds of dead air at the end but the beats are still going. Can anyone lead me through/link me a menu translation to find the offset stuff?

    I've checked the menu translation on the projectdiva wiki, but it doesn't seem to say anything about changing the offsets for edit plays.
