    No one ever can Perfect a song with all COOLs and no FINEs. If it was being ran with a cheat plugin (like CWCheat), no, not gonna happen.

    Ok both stop please. Well you both have good aspects and you both should understand each other.

    Yes, it's hard to believe that someone can clear a song with 100% COOLs but it's not impossible. There is still a small chance to be that good to clear it with a perfect score.
    OverReAction, I can understand that you don't believe this, I would be like "uhm wtf??? is this possible?" or something like that as well but what to do if he's right? you can't tell this.
    Steven, don't stop something because of that, try to understand him, this is a difficult topic. For scores likee this it should've been better to make a video or something of it.
    Can you resubmit the score again? I want to take a look on it.
    I don't think someone who cheats would play a song that much.

    OveReAction: Well it's only true for 99%. Remember "Hold" notes?
    Sometimes for a note where i hit the start note properly and release at the end note (both with "COOL") to get 500 Points for example you can get 490 or 510 points as well. So even a "full COOL" score can get a difference off maybe +/- 100 points.

    Anyway, if he has a full COOL score, then it's final. We can still extend the highscore list to list the "2nd" and "3rd" high score or to list who else got the full COOL score.

    Like Suyo wrote in your post: sadly your submission dosn't show your username. Here's a solution: Go into "Player records", then go to the song to view your score and use a camera to make a photo of your screen with a small paper or something else with your user name on it. This way you can still submit your scores you already played. An actual score result-screen would be better but I can understand how difficult it is to get a good score you want to submit so that's another possibility i could offer.

    We had to choose this way because it could be possible that people just steal screenshots of others.

    Sorry to necro a thread, but going from page 1, it's not impossible to Perfect with all Cools. I did it for many songs on Divas 1 and 2. For Extend, only for Nekomimi Switch.
    A friend of mine did Uraomote Lovers AND Rolling Girl right in front of me... Sonuva...

    You'll have to take a camera (be it a phone or ur camera) and take a picture of the results WITH a paper reading your username. They have mentioned that capture a screenshot and overlaying the image with your username are disallowed.

    Finally got around to taking pics for Extend, what's the rule on using Help Items, because you can clearly see which songs I played on Extreme while using them (pink'ish crown = perfect with help item, pink'ish circle = clear with help item).
    I really just wanted to skim through all the songs, apparently you can still get the all perfect title for any given difficulty even while using help items (tested by me, i perfect'd all other songs on hard except for one, used a help item, and still received the title... then i redid the song without a help item naturally). Anyway, here's the mega list, photobucket decided to be dumb and upload them in a weird order, so here's the first one in order of appearance in the game:

    Suyo, just change the 79 in the url to an 80, and so on... it should go up to 115 (which would make it 36 pics for 36 songs). If anything, the folder should be public, so you can look at them individually through the album.

    DENIED: When we compared these scores to the other perfect ones, we noticed something - your scores were beaten by a big amount. The Max Combo shows why - all the scores marked as "Perfect" are actually not perfect. That leads us to the assumption you have cheated. If you still want to submit your scores, please explain this.

    It might take some time to actually enter these, as I am right now re-coding our Highscore Table system to make it easier to use for us. We have to dig through tons of BBCode right now...
