Help with arrows note

for the spinning one, you can practice other songs with similar patterns but use your left finger to hit them instead of your right. just keep practicing until your left is fast enough to keep up with the speed in more difficult songs.also, in case you dont know, you can hold down the directional button while pressing the shape button normally like hitting normal note. make sure you press and hold the directional right at the 1st arrow. this technique is very helpful in songs like Luka Luka Night Fever(the normal and arrow pattern in the 1st TZ) or songs from PD f such as Ee? Aa, Sou.

personally, when facing spinning patterns, i look at the 1st 3 note. for example, its O,X and Square.then i let my fingers go "Spiral Dance" and play along with the patterns

Something you can do to help with the songs you're stuck on is you can play a faster song first. I would recommend Blackjack, it's the fastest song in the game. That way when you play Narisumashi and 2D they will seem slower and you'll have an easier time. I know it sounds silly but it works.
