Btw I'm thinking that one of the empty slots on the official site will be VR? And hopefully the other one DLC...
I don't know, with X already getting a VR update AND Future Live coming out specifically for PSVR, I doubt FT will have a VR feature. Just a guess on my side though.
Maybe the last slot will be for the global highscore list? Like the "Diva.net" button on the Arcade website.
Never thought of that! It could be... I guess... I hope one of them is DLC. Skins also would be nice. customization items?
I wonder how the head change will handle modules that have a different skin color than most of the character's modules. One of the screenshots confirmed Miku's infinity module will be a head option.
Hey the site in the psn store put another example of the head changing. But I agree, I'm also wondering what they do with different skin color modules... :o
To further narrow it down, this link will take you to the new stuff they added today: http://miku.sega.jp/FT/game/mainmenu.ht ... _customize I like the option to show the multi-note combos on a controller graphic when they occur, it will help when getting used to them. Also cute that the online rankings go up to the 3939th place
In the official twitter account they are hinting two new songs for future tone arcade... I thought the star was hinting LOL... but i guess i was wrong
The hard drive space for the game has popped up on the PSN. 25.4gb shown on PSN PC web page and 27.22gb shown on PS4 store.
I replayed Project Mirai the other day and noticed that you can swap the head on the modules there as well like you will be able to do in Future tone. One thing though is that you can also change colour of the outfits in some parts, makes me wonder if we will be able to do that as well in Future tone :o also in some songs like Romeo and Cinderella you can play it with Luka and Rin with them actually singing in their voices it would be great if that feature would come to future tone but so far we haven't heard anything about that so I guess I won't get my hopes up for it >.<
I am highly doubtful of the color changing being a feature, but different vocals for the same songs have been confirmed for Future Tone. Songs liks Snowman(Len or Kaito) and Sing & Smile which has vocal tracks for all 6 vocaloids.
Now I'm worrying about the quality. With that size a song should be around 100mb. Is that good enough for 1080p 60fps?
Well it is really hard to know, it is not as easy as ~111mb per song, there are plenty of shared assets between PVs and of course the character models are shared between every song. I wouldn't be too worried, the videos so far have shown it to look at least as good as it did in the arcade. There are plenty of great looking games open world, MMO and otherwise that are 25GB or under. Some PVs are pretty threadbare when it comes to details or backgrounds. I have seen so many games get torn apart before release because people think file size isn't large enough but in reality there are so many factors that we really cannot know. How well managed are the shared assets? Is file compression being employed and to what degree? Plus I have seen my fair share of games that were not the same size shown on the PSN store once they are installed.
I was also wondering why the full game was so light I was expecting something like FT Future sound > 40Go and FT Color tone > 30Go. But look, the PVs from PjD 2nd and extend were not so heavy and since FT comes from Sega Nu system, I guess everything was already "compressed". I don't think FT's size will be only 25gb but I'm not worried about its quality.
