    is super sonico a specific girl singer or is she like a vocaloid? or can anyone be sonico? my research ended in the result that she's just a mascot of a music festival, but no website said if she has a specific voice.

    She is voiced by Yamamoto Ayano. She is not really a Vocaloid but according to the people who created her (Nitroplus Company) she is known to be a big Vocaloid fan.
