Dreamy Theater Extend is only available on the PS3, and it requires a PSP with Project Diva Extend connected to it to be played, so you've got 2/3 of the puzzle already. Since DTE is only on the Japanese Playstation Store you'll need a Japanese account to download it (There's instructions online on how to make those if you don't live there). After that you'll need to purchase it (There's also tutorials on how to put money in the account and such), download it, and you should be set.
