It's called the DIVA Happiness Level.
It means you're not playing using these characters enough, and because of that, they get mad at you.
You can cheer them up by either giving them presents in the DIVA room or playing using them more (without failing! That will just put them all in more of a bad mood)
The poses are indicating which moods they are in, which can also be checked via the character mood viewer in the player records.

Or, at least hopefully that's the case, unless something went wrong in your pirated copy that makes them always mad all the time '^';
