And a lot of PVs were entered last time? Unfortunately, I won't be able to enter. There are WAY too mange limitations.@_@ I don't have any way to get film content from my PSP, and I don't have any extensive knowledge of Japanese, which means I've never really even used that feature of the game, since it's pretty hard to understand.
Re: Opening Contest Poll! You don't need to record a video, just share the Edit data which can be easily copied from r'the Memory Stick. For the problem with Japanese, there are easy-to-use translation patches for every game. Give them a try!
Re: Opening Contest Poll! Where would I find these patches and how would I use them? Last time I checked, you guys told me there weren't any patches for the UMD.
Re: Opening Contest Poll! Which game do you have? The extend patch works via plugin, that means you need to make no changes to the ISO itself. The translations for the other two games are just ISO patches (so you need about 1.5GB space on your Memory Stick so the ISO fits on it). All of them need a custom firmware, though. PD1 PD2 PDe
Re: Opening Contest Poll! Plug-in? So, I can only use the patch while my PSP is plugged into my PC?O_o
Re: Opening Contest Poll! No - think of it like an addional piece of software. It runs at the same time as PD, replacing the Japanese text with English. No connection is needed, it all happens on the PSP - just follow the guide on the Wiki or here in the forum to set it up!
Re: Opening Contest Poll! using a patch (ISO or plugin) mans you still need to get a custom firmware (CFW) to make it work. with the CFW you're also able to use the RemoteJoyLite Plugin & Drivers. It transfers the screen of your PSP to your computer and then you can film it with programs like Fraps. BUT: you won't have to film your edit data, it's already enough if you just submit the finished Edit Play File.
