I think something happened with the producers and who got the credit, hence why Sakura no Ame only appeared in Project Diva, never appearing in Dreamy Theater nor Arcade.
I'm not familiar with the song, but my understanding is that it was made by more than one person and they broke up, so no one entity has full rights to the song to be able to license it out for the games.
Ah, I see now. Thanks! Admittedly, I've become quite impatient about this game. I keep checking the site every hour for new information because I want to know so badly. If new information is out on July 25th, I wonder how long it takes for it to be revealed.
Project Diva f was announced in December 2011 and we didn't get anything else on it until April 2012, so it might take awhile.
Hmm...as of right now I am not impressed enough to save up for it. I might change my mind when more comes out about the game as time rolls on but for now I don't see a point in getting it for myself.
I think Project Diva cant become better than it is already in my view unless they start selecting some Hi-Trance or other type of songs for a change too, those project diva 2nd songs of PSP wont bring much reason to buy another Project Diva again for Vita since its nothing new.
The variety of what's going into this game isn't enough for me. For the older songs I can simply play Dreamy Theater 2nd, yes they will get updated PV's but at the end of the day it's the same song. If the newer songs added are really good then I will consider it. F was great at first but after a bit there wasn't much that kept me playing it, also after a certain incident I stopped all together.
I was comparing screenshots when I noticed this: PjD2nd image stolen from Xythar The only thing that matches these is the lyrics (if I'm not mistaken) and the fact that they take place early in the song (the progress bar) so that might be a hint/clue/detail/hoax/troll from SEGA about changing up the PVs?
New screenshots. http://www.projectdiva.fr/2013/08/02/pr ... more-14899 I can see differences in Romeo and Cinderella PV. Stage is more bright, it has roses, flying petals. Miku is more emotional: she's serious, happy, sorry, etc.
The Colorful x Melody screenshots imply that there won't really be anything changed in that song, though. (I think. Could be wrong.) So I'm guessing it's only minor differences or some PVs won't be changed at all.
That's too bad, actually. If they were bringing back old songs they would've picked songs that they could change up one way or another. With Colorful x Melody the best I can think of is balloons would fly all over the xxxxing place after Chance Time but who knows.
Is it possible that those petals and stuff were the result of Chance Time? Or do they seem to appear early into the song?
Yes, the petals do appear early into the song, just look at the progress bar. But, I think that if the chance time do success, the roses that are on the stage (You can see it everywhere) will began to fly all over the place. That was just my opinion. =)
Apparently I think so too, there is no mistaking it. It's simply the same song however it is shooting from a different camera angle and close-up, which is definitely a nice change. (As well as the graphics up to par with Vita compatibility) As well for this image: Spoiler I honestly have no idea which part of the song this image is found, but it definitely has a touch of new flavor. (As well for the new note input combinations...!) Your prediction, is what you meant. ;D But anyways I have already memorized the choreography of the song(despite playing the song so many times), it would seem the petals seem to fall regardless(start to end, if simplified), and it is definitely adding a new level of detail in the PV.
Songs they should have paid more atention to from Diva 2nd, which are better options: Packaged (number 1 song in diva 2nd definitely) Kuroba♣Kurabu (this one was realy unique) Miku Miku ni Shite Ageru♪ (probably extending it more)
Just a small update, but there's a brand new Miku module for PDF2nd. It can be seen here: http://miku.sega.jp/info/adiary.cgi/0636#tm1377136801 It seems to be from Magical Mirai or something? EDIT: The Magical Mirai module is now added to the modules section in http://miku.sega.jp/f2/. Can anyone translate what the module is called? Or is it just something like "Hatsune Miku Magical Mirai"?
That module is really pretty :3 I'm always looking for new cosplay-ideas nowadays, this one could be on the list ^^
