What games do you like better Djmax or the Miku games? I have only played Djmax technika tune so I can't really state my opinion on the other games, and I have only played the project diva f demo so I don't really know which games I like better.

Never heard of the DJmax series to be honest. I'll look into it though. Most rhythm based games have a similar skeleton as far as mechanics are concerned, so it depends on what you like personally. The only games of this type I've played are the Project Diva & Dance Dance Revolution. I used to like DDR but being as big as I used to be, I never was able to fully enjoy it and eventually gave up. Perhaps I could play the game better now today as I've lost a lot of weight but I don't see me digging out my PS2 anytime soon. I like the PD games, but in general I just like anything with a challenge that requires actual skill and not just button mashing or gimmicks. Then again, I'm not one for a vapid title.

I thought Djmax was more well know then the Miku games since a lot of them have been localized.

I love musical games like: space channel 5 part 2, taiko no tatsujin, djmax, idolmaster shiny festa, final fantasy (the 3ds music game) and many more!

I just tried a demo for DJ Max Portable 2 on my PSP, I really don't like the button layout for it at all. I found it more hectic than anything else, are all the DJ Max games like that or is it just this one?

Here is some gameplay of the one for the vita

If that seems to easy for you, that is only the medium difficulty. As I said I have only played the vita one so I don't know how the music compares to the psp one.

I think the problem was probably the demo itself. It's basically "Press start and good luck with that..." Now, if I had the game, I'm more than sure I would get used to playing like that. I just thought the song was too fast and there is no lead up into how to play.

Yeah I had a dj max demo for the psp (I don't know if it was the same one or not) No matter what I did I could not pass the song. Its not that I'm not good at music games, it just they throw you into a song right away, it is also a pretty changeling song at that.
