Project Mirai 2 coming this Fall

    NEW GAME ALERT! SEGA launches a teaser website of the upcoming Project DIVA/mirai game, displaying the reveal this Thursday! It is codenamed "Project MMR".

    We don't know if which of these series will be announced. The site's yellow may mark a possible Project mirai sequel. But a staff from Twitter leaks an image of the Dreamy Theater style Miku model, which is rumored to be a standalone Dreamy Theater game or an Arcade edition.

    Only time will tell. So, get your body ready!

    Famitsu Magazine announces the upcoming game's title: Hatsune Miku: Project mirai 2. A sequel of the Miku 3DS game that releases this Fall 2013.
    3 songs are so far confirmed to be in the game: Koneko no Paya Paya (Onecup-P), Do Re Mi Fa Rondo (40mP) and, a comeback, Yume Yume (DECO*27). Project mirai 2 allows you to control the game using either touchscreen or buttons.

    You know what I would like to see, a kareoke PD game. I don't know how well it would sell but it would be interesting if you could sing along to your favourite Vocaloid songs.

    I CANT WAIT!!! I hope its another arcade ver. for ps3 with the extra content you can play and use since extend update... but im afraid its gonna be mirai 2. The yellow color and the mmr... Mirai something? Anyway really happy that there is another miku game on the line!

    I would love a dreamy theater version of Mirai but i doubt it would work in general way. It will probably be new 3DS title region locked and all thank nintendo for that.

    I would tend to think they have learned the lesson about that little issue by now. The sales for the PD games as a whole in the international market is quite significant. Of course if Nintendo still wants to be stingy with the region lock...there are some ways around such a thing. However it's best to just wait until more information has been released before jumping to a conclusion.

    standalone Dreamy Theater game or an Arcade edition, does the standalone mean I don't need previous game in order to play? and for the arcade does that mean only can be play in arcade?

    Yes, standalone means you don't need anything else besides the actual game (and the console of course xD)
    Arcade for PS3 I would assume is simply a PS3 version of PD Arcade? I'd personally like that, and because there are so many songs you could just buy the ones you want as DLC. That would be nice ^.^

    Unfortunately I'd only be interested if it's released for the PS3, though I'll consider a new game for iPhone, it depends on what the point of the game is :P

    I'll get it as long as it's for the PSP/Vita/PS3.

    I'm not too interested in a standalone DT Arcade, since I own all 3 already and don't really care for the graphics. I'd like to see maybe a non-rythm game.

    A standalone DT Project Mirai for PS3 would be the best possible news out of this that isn't a Project Mirai 2 on 3DS/Vita.

    I prefer a PS3 title.
    Not portable or PS4 oh god no.

    But it's probably going to have the same vita->ps3 order to make more money. That would push the console release to 2014 and likely on PS4. Meh.

    I would highly doubt a release on PS4 so soon especially after just making the F version on PS3. I see the PS3 lasting a long time after PS4 comes out especially since no backwards compatibility right away heck just look at how long ps2 lasted after ps3 came out.

    hopefully it will release on either PS Vita or PS3, if its release on another console I have to consider about it, unless it is limited edition...lol, thanks for the explanation
