I don't know if putting 1st game camera positions like in Extend are possible maybe? I'd be cool seeing vocaloid in love cameras used there^^ Talking about 1st game pvs then, would this work even :0 ?
No I meant as in applying those cameras to like Extend as dlc, though the motions i think aren't possible, but maybe the camera position is.
Camera ripping for example from the first games songs like Far away or Koisuru vocaloid, but the camera motions are applied as camera movements instead for edits, like what JuanchoPD And DeC-Ko did in their edits except they got motions ripped for use there, not the cameras. ,so maybe the motions need to be ripped, formatted and applied as a normal camera motion for a song and convert As in for dlc songs. I've never did dlc songs before,Hachune did a tutorial of it,and maybe I didn't explained it very well, sorry The way how I was thinking of it is probably too complicated for me to explain well, and for that I really apologize
Hi, sorry for getting me into your conversation xD But from what I can understand you want to apply the PjD 1st cameras in Extend, I think it is possible, the thing would be to modify the script of the song (the .dsc file) to make the cameras work in their indicated order. Since the cameras of 1st as well as 2nd / Extend are .igb files and have the same structure. I did this test to see if some 1st's commands and cameras work and apparently they do. What doesn't work from the 1st scripts are things like the song notes, certain expressions and other things x'd
Yeah that's exactly what I was talking about,it'd be nice to work on that and hopefu, hopefully, bring something from pjd1st into Extend!^^
I was able to make some progress trying to port this song to 2nd/Extend, I had to convert the commands to make them work, it was a bit difficult but I managed to put the animations, expressions and effects. I just need to place the notes, I will see if I can get someone to do them, since I am not very good at making charts xD Sorry for the fact that the tweet is in Spanish xdxd
I can explain you how to do it, although it is a bit complicated and I also think that at the moment the chart cannot be ported so you can only port the PV :o First of all, what you need would be a program called: Open PD Script Editor Here is the link: https://notabug.org/nastys/Open-PD-Script-Editor/releases To install it you have to download the Qt Libraries (you can found them in the link I send) and also the .zip file found below in the downloads section and once you have downloaded the files you have to put everything in a folder. The second thing you need would be a text editor like Notepad++ Even the one that comes with Windows also works xd When you have downloaded everything let me know and I will start to explain you :o
At first I clarify that this is the way I do it, there are other ways in which you can do it :o Well, the first thing would be to open the script of the 1st song that you want to port into Open PD Script Editor. (I also recommend having another window open with a 2nd/Extend script just in case you need it). The second thing would be to copy the content of the 1st script into a new file in Notepad ++ or any other text editor. And delete the commands TARGET( For example: TARGET(1, 60000, 108000, 150000, 303000, 500, 2); TARGET(1, 156000, 204000, -10000, 303000, 500, 2); I recommend you open the script of the easy difficulty, so you don't to have to delete a lot xd Other commands that you should delete would be BAR_TIME_SET and SET_PLAYDATA To make it take less time, I recommend using the option "Find" that you can find it in almost any text editor, you just have to enter the text you want to search, for example TARGET( and click the option "Find Next".
Once you've done that, it's time to replace the 1st script commands. For that you will have to use the function "Replace" which allows you to replace multiple text strings. You must write what you want to replace and what text you want to replace it with and click on "Replace All" Here below I will put the commands that you must replace: Command: MIKU_DISP( Replace with: MIKU_DISP(0, Command: EFFECT( Replace with: EFFECT(-10, Command: EFFECT_OFF( Replace with: EFFECT(-10, -1, 0, 0, 0, Command: MIKU_MOVE( Replace with: MIKU_MOVE(0, Command: MIKU_ROT( Replace with: MIKU_ROT(0, Command: MIKU_SHADOW( Replace with: MIKU_SHADOW(0, Command: SHADOWHEIGHT( Replace with: SHADOWHEIGHT(0, Command: EXPRESSION( Replace with: EXPRESSION(0, Command: SET_MOTION( Replace with: SET_MOTION(0, Command: LOOK_ANIM( Replace with: LOOK_ANIM(0, Command: MOUTH_ANIM( Replace with: MOUTH_ANIM(0, Command: HAND_ANIM( Replace with: HAND_ANIM(0, Command: EYE_ANIM( Replace with: EYE_ANIM(0, The commands: CHANGE_FIELD, DATA_CAMERA, LYRIC don't need to be modified. I think these would be all the commands you need to replace xd Now I have to go to sleep, as soon as I get up I will keep explaining to you :o Edit: The command MOUTH_ANIM you have to replace it with "MOUTH_ANIM(0, 1," not with "MOUTH_ANIM(0," that was my mistake xD
What are you talking about? You mean where to get the .dsc files from? :o You can get these in DivaScriptList.afs inside the game files and you can extract what the .afs file contains with AFS Explorer: https://www.moddingway.com/file/270.html
