    If you are a player who plays above 8 stars, then you probably know about macros, and how they can really help you with your gameplay. So, here's my question to you:

    What are your Macros?

    Mine are

    L2: Triangle, Circle, Cross, Square
    R2: Triangle, Circle, Cross, Square
    L1: Left Slide
    R1: Right Slide

    Motion Controls on (not a macro, but is interesting to know)

    If you don't know what a macro is, in Project Diva Future Tone, you know about the multi-notes? Well, in the controller customization options, you can customize almost every input (except analog sticks) to a different button/button combination. These settings are usually called Macros in the PDFT community, and they are perfectly fine in tournaments, and most professional players will think highly of them.

    Mine is all quads. L1 and R1 are also quads partially because Switch compatibility since I found JoyCons' bumpers are easier to hold than triggers due the extra width of JoyCons. Motion control is normally disabled unless I want to test something.

    Fun fact: A long time ago my L1 and R1 are dedicated for (cis-)triples because I'm dumb and only like 2 songs have trans-triples (the ones that have a space in between). I emptied L1 and R1 once I developed the Diagonal Triple-Killerâ„¢ and practiced it to some level I felt comfortable.

    Absolutely not... I can NEVER fat thumb that, I have to do a double with one hand and with the other, have to press whatever other button I need.

    My macros are
    L1 = Triangle
    R1 = X
    L2 = Circle, cross and square triple
    R2 = Quadruple

    The L1 and R1 are for holds
    for L2, I can get triangle, square and x triples just fine by fat thumbing them, but I have trouble with circle, cross and square triples
    And for R2, I just think it's easier. Also for holds
