It's kind of controversial, but I just want to know general interest level for this. Future Tone DX is all the songs of Future Tone and its DLCs in one package, plus two new ones: Ghost Rule and Sand Planet, and two new outfits. And it's only available in a physical package. Future Tone DX DLC is just the two new songs and outfits.
Actually, it's all new content being added to FTDX that will be added as DLC to the digital version. Only thing I'm not sure of yet is if it'll include adding DX to the name or if digital will continue to be called FT.
I'll get the physical version. I was one of the people who were mad it was DLC only in the first place. I wanted to get the japanese version right away but since I believe there will be new DLC in the future, I have to wait for EU release.
I'd really like to get the physical limited edition of project diva ftdx, having not gotten the game before. But I also want to get the english version, which I doubt will see a similar physical release. So I'm not sure..
If you can buy the japanese disc version and the EU/US digital one even though the content is the same.
This felt like a wasted oppertunity in my opinion, when Nintendo Switch was riding high, they continued resting on their laurels. (I know this a dated post, but someone needed ot obligate there reason for why not...)
