Hey Admins, you know that he could have played those on the PSTV and then switched to the PSVita just to show the scores, i would appreciate it if we could get a rule that you need to show the end score while still having the song open so that we have evidence that everyone played it on the Vita, otherwise its easy to cheat and get higherscores (Thanks rush button).

 

I do believe ps tv and ps vita scores are on the same board anyways, so, uhm...

 

Do people really do that? (I'm a girl by the way). The problem with a rule with that is it invalidates any score from anyone who decides they want to participate here a while after playing the game. Or anyone who finds these boards after they've already played through everything. Or anyone who gets a high score and doesn't have a camera or a phone handy. Or anyone who's already posted scores from their records or their song lists (I'm not the only one who's done it). The list goes on. I see what the problem is, but I don't know if that kind of rule is a viable solution.

 

I think it will only cause an issue if it's proven that you can cheat on Rush notes on PSTV (more controllers plugged?)
As long this is not the case, then it's no problem after all.

But I would strongly recommend to show the fine rate as well because it also proves it quite obviously.

And I must say, Raspberry Monster actually is very hard to judge for now.

 

While I don't suspect any of the scores here, despite the clear fact I am the most salty over the Highscores being beaten by a PSTV, (Thanks, Hisokeee) this can easily cause a problem, actually, why don't you show a way to cheat such a thing? Raspberry Monster actually looks like Hisokeee can really spam. (He did make Spameister...)

 

unlike ps3 where you can have 2 controllers working the same time, the pstv only allows 1 controller to be working at once. I don't mind having my scores on the ps4 side instead but anyone can easily load their pstv memory card onto vita and take screenshot of the score.

if you want to go even more in depth where they have to show the score after the song is over they can easily get that score on pstv, take a snapshot of the results at the end of the song and just show the snapshot image on a vita so there is no foolproof way to show a screenshot of a score proving its played on a vita only.

 

I think what Magical39 suggest is a good thing just show the fine rate as well.

 

I realize I'm letting my noob show here but... what's a PSTV and why does it throw the scores off?

Also I'm sorry if I came off as a little defensive earlier, it's been kind of a rough day. I'll make sure I show my fine rate from now on. My scores are still being counted though, right?

 

PSTV lets you play vita games on tv so you use a controller instead of the vita

I plugged in my vita after a year of not touching it just to see how much harder it is to spam and turns out its not that different, my score was only lower than my pstv cause I got way more fines on the vita than the pstv but if it was the same amount of fines, score wise would be pretty similar especially with decent practice someone can easily outspam me on the vita as I never play on vita.
