Yeah you're right the Urotander modules are counted separately; the other one is the "CA Style" module.

I don't believe the CA style module counts because not everyone will have that module. It's a preorder bonus and it doesn't show up on the official module list. Mind you neither does white eve but I feel that one is a bit different. Although if those two aren't counted than it would be 68 since they did say 70 new modules.

"Although if those two aren't counted than it would be 68 since they did say 70 new modules."

White Eve is not included in the module count that were talking about. Where'd you get the 68?
In the main site: http://miku.sega.jp/x/module.html ~there's already a total of 69.

    CA Style module counts: http://miku.sega.jp/x/game.html
The one they said in the trailer that there will be 70 new modules...
Well... CA Style is technically "new," whether you can get it or not.

Oh I thought White eve was counted! Still though it all depends on whether Sega counts that module or not but I don't feel like it counts.

Re: [NEWS] Project DIVA X Update (Feb 2) [Check first page]

Why would the Urotander modules be counted twice? I know there is a version without the mask but there isn't an AS of them listed like there would have been in past games. It seems like there is a option to remove some of the default accessories off of modules this time so there isn't really a need for AS. I can see something like the module Chopstick being counted twice because it's two different versions are listed twice. Then again, I don't really see any point in trying to figure stuff out since it appears that Sega doesn't seem to use logic.

EDIT: Actually ignore what I used to have here as a second paragraph, it was kind of negative. I'm actually back to looking forward to the game again, and I'm excited for it.

Re: [NEWS] Project DIVA X Update (Feb 2) [Check first page]

I have did some research and calculations regarding the final medley.
    It's kinda spoiler.

Based on the screenshots we got from the announcement and twitter.
Let's find notes that we found on the screenshots with ones from the previous games.
    It will be like
    Game - Medley

    Disappearance of Hatsune Miku
    ~321 - 92
    ~425 - 144
Can't say anything about this part because this song wasn't in the F games, so I used extend charts. But 104 versus 52 means that this part of the medley will be very easy or cut.

    Two-Faced Lovers
    796 - 262
    866 - 331
70 versus 69. Sega took 1 note. Also easier notes changing.
Chorus is expected to be from 214 to 350.

    Sadistic. Music∞Factory
    ~171 - ???
    434 - 610
Not too much is known since one of the screenshots don't show combo count.
Easier notes change (circle then spam of triangles versus cross then spam of crosses).
This song is expected to be 351 to 621 (646 if we add 25 last notes from F but don't know about it, I'll explain later).

    2D Dream Fever
    161 - 716
    218 - 740
    NOW we see something interesting.
57 versus 24. I don't expect this part to be much easier than before because it's chance time and almost the end of the medley.
    "期待した未来から カーブを描く
    ぼく わっぱっぱっぱらのいあ
    咲いちゃったんだ

    決して怪しいモノではありません"
    Is this part cut? Rearranged?
I expect the verse to be ended on the 724th note (716 + notes on the image). Image don't show the notes of the part that is under the question (the next square).
But it will be a perfect case if we add the 15 notes that make the "決して怪しいモノではありません" part and 2 that already pressed we will get a perfect correspondence.
Verse and pre-chorus is expected to be 622 - 755. And it suits perfectly when we compare both versions.
We can assume it's 647-755 but at this rate we won't get the right numbers (if, of course, new arrange hasn't made the verse shorter and harder).

    Intense Singing of Hatsune Miku
    373 - 913
    488-494 (RUSH) - 1022
    518 - 1046
This part should copy the F 2nd chart with exception for RUSH notes.
115 versus 109 (6 spam notes now are RUSH notes) and 24 versus 24.

So Sega made this medley easier and not so extreme as expected. I'm disappointed a little.

Re: [NEWS] Project DIVA X Update (Feb 2) [Check first page]

My dream was always to have the entirety of (or most of) Mitchie M's songs in the game. Thankfully they added Ai*Dee, which was the longest-needed song of his in the series. I was worried that was all we'd see. With how infrequently these games release, I was thinking we wouldn't see the other omissions for ages. But then we get those others in medley form? And a well-arranged, lengthy one at that? I'll take it! <3

What if that coming soon section on the site is the skin section from F 2nd? It's unlikely because they haven't said anything about skins but it's a possibility.

Skins button was located differently of the F 2nd site.
    I think it's Extra Data

Link to the final reveal video https://t.co/uycYprGZTn I don't know if this means nothing after but the article for these songs did not show any other modules so this might be it for the vita besides that extra zone.

Wow it looks like Rin and Len are gretting pretty intensely heated in that upper left screenshot (from one of the parts where vocaloids talk?) hmm..

So the game is as good as F2nd (PSV 37/40, PS3 36/40) and better than f (PSV 34/40, PS3 35/40).

    Sounds promising :D

Which also means, all the complaints which lots of people actually did to this game will fail in the end.

Re: [NEWS] Project DIVA X Update (Feb 2) [Check first page]

Did no one else see the live broadcast today? I only saw info about it on Twitter, not on Facebook (maybe I should've written about it?). NicoNico lagged a bunch for me (not a premium member) but I liked it. They demonstrated the usual, Live Quest Mode, modules and accessories, and gameplay. All of Tsumi no Namae on Normal and a live performance with 3 songs - Strangers on Normal, Umiyuri on Hard and Satisfaction on Extreme. I missed parts of it due to lag and had to leave before the end so if anyone sees it posted on Youtube, let me know, I'd like to see it again :P They did give gimpses of the star ratings of the songs on all songs, very quickly so it was hard to see. The rating is written next to the songs in the song list. I'll just put what I remember under a spoiler, in case someone doesn't want to know:

I remember Babylon and Amazing Dolce being 9 stars on Extreme. Satisfaction was 7,5 if I remember correctly, looked pretty easy.

Probably one of the more exciting moments of the live broadcasts, despite demonstrating stuff we already know ^^

Oh, now I understand the joke someone on Twitter did about wanting the game to be rated 39. I didn't know the scale was 40, so it sounded pretty low to me, despite the obvious Miku reference.

New page at the official site is the Extra Data.
    There's no Data Transfer.
And it seems that you won't get the Teto/Neru/Haku pack and Mikudayo for free if you have already bought it for F/F 2nd (no info about that).

Wow day 1 DLC! How am I not surprised...? How long before Sega milks this for everything it's worth? Praying the PS4 version will get some of this DLC for free as I know more is coming. A whole page for DLC but no edit mode? I hope we atleast get Kagamine V4x modules.

The lack of Edit Mode is the worst Sega could do.

And it's sad that nothing is said about DLC for free.
