SEGA has just announced a new PlayStation VR exclusive game titled “Hatsune Miku VR: Future Live”, and will release for the PlayStation 4 in Japan on October 13th, 2016. The appears to be largely based on SEGA’s 2015 E3 demo for the previously-named “Project Morpheus” VR set. Don’t confuse this release for the VR update for Hatsune Miku: Project Diva X, “Future Live” is an all-new independent game for the PlayStation VR! The game features some rhythm/motion mechanics, which is required to fill a voltage meter to get the crowd excited. If the goal amount is met, you will join Miku on-stage for a special performance! More info on this game should be revealed later. Check the gallery below for the first screenshots. Via SEGA Miku Blog Source: http://www.mikufan.com/hatsune-miku-vr- ... -in-japan/
Re: Hatsune Miku VR: Future Live Launching October 13th in J I really hope we'll have original PV. I saw this one several month ago and I was really impressed.
Nothing really new for now except this page. http://miku.sega.jp/VR/?_ga=1.268145294.1697408169.1472461551 I'm a little bit surprised they only talk about the live session, that means no PV???
I'm not really interested in VR (except for PV) but Sega announced 3 packs (Oct/Nov and Dec) with their first/second and third Stage. It's weird not to mention songs, modules... The "all stage pack" will cost 7500Y, I really hope more information will be available.
Seriously, to me this still looks like some tech demo for PSVR rather than an actual game. I really don't see why I'd pay the equivalent of 65€ for a game that essentially doesn't do much more than the VR mode of X, which is a free update for a game I bought already.
Yes. It seems to be a motion control game where you need to wave your arms to hit star notes. Not confirmed yet but that's how it looks like in the trailers etc.
Trophy list revealed. https://www.exophase.com/game/hatsune-miku-vr-future-live-ps4/trophies/ Looks easy as piss. Then again, it's watching PVs. It can't be that hard. :p Kind of sad that they couldn't even be bothered to give it a full 285-315 points, sticking with 165 instead for some reason. Really hoping that it's not some stupid plot to "make up for the points" with trophies from the other two stages or something.
